Zilean doesn't just make people run faster, he forces them forwards through time. Then why, do they still attack so slowly? Zilean can make someone's atoms move at 2X speed, but they still attack as if nothing is happening. It doesn't make any sense.

Zilean's Time Warp should increase every aspect of that champion that has to deal with time, cooldown, health regen, mana regen, attack speed, movement speed, everything!

So wait. Did "za warudo" come from the .hack franchise? I always thought it did, because of how our English is pronounced. But this makes me think otherwise.
