@Riot, Why buff Lee...

I don't pay a ton of attention to the boards or the PBE, but after deciding to check it out after hearing about the "juggernaut" rework, I see Lee, who's finally in an ok spot, is getting buffed. He still has the early game pressure, but now you want to add quite a big buff to his late game/teamfighting. Close to a 20% of health if the unit collides with another player is just way too high.

He's FINALLY not picked in almost every damn game (although he's still quite high at around 20%), and all jokes aside about World's coming up, what is the actual reasoning to buffing a champion who honestly doesn't need it, and leaving champions that need it way more alone?

Because Lee Sin makes Riot a good amount of money and is a staple of competitive. It is a terrible reason, but is the obvious one. You cannot ruin suck a champion because the backlash would be huge, but something like the recent Skarner changes are fine because so few people play him so Riot can get away with ruining a champion.

Honestly Lee doesnt need a buff he has seen competitive play even now unless you ignore Santorin going Gragas/RekSai every game.

Buffing lee is not the solution especielly since Gragas is gonna become considerately weaker due to less tankiness lategame this next patch with cinderhulk nerfs and not to mention other tank junglers who havent seent competive play even is out of question now because Lee will use them as weapons now.

Riot does the wrong move and basically want Elise, Nidalee and Lee Sin to troll worlds instead of just nerfing Reksai and Gragas.
