Building AS on Tahm?

So I've seen a few videos and ideas on how to build Tahm. Mainly, people saying you should build as much health (and resistances) as you can due to your third passive and to just make him more tanky. But what about attack speed? You need three hits (or 2 autos and one Q) to get your 3rd stack to actually do anything (like eat them or stun them), and that seems to be somewhat difficult to do in team fights or when supporting.

I personally think Wits End looks like a great item on him. Not only does he get additional attack speed as mentioned, he also gets magic resist and will lower enemy magic resist with this item, and gets some extra magic damage on his autos. Building just health will be good for your third passive, but you still need resistances and some offensive stats, so I think it's a pretty good item for his play style.

Any thoughts? Any other good AS items that would theoretically go well with Tahm?

I think I'd prefer CDR. The tongue can get down to 3.6 seconds, which is nearly a 50% uptime on the stun at max rank. Try item 3065 item 3401 item 3025 for some stickiness, sustain, utility, CDR, health and resistances. Hell, I'll probably like item 3022 too: redundant with the Frostborn, but there's no wrong way to put 700 HP in a slot with Tahm.
