it's definitly a great item for her, she gets alot dps more furry, her Q+W+E all work with the phantom strike. However, it will just bring her from rather bad to actuall playable in the jungle.

She is already arguably the best jungler in the game at high elo, based on the numbers she puts up.

the nubers that you don't consider here are imortant aswell. She has a low pickrate and most of the players that pick her are very experienced(16% of the shy players have over 50games, a mark where the winrate starts to skyrocket on most junglers, gragas for example only has 8% with 50+games, she also has a compareable low % of 1-5game players, which is a mark at which the winrate is compareable low on most champs). with a low pickrate and mostly experienced players, she usually will be picked into favourable matchups while FotM picks usually get picked even in bad matchups and often enough by people that don't really know how to use them.

i haven't seen a Jungle-shy that really has impact for a long time, they usually farm and come to cleanup fights if their lanes do well on their own(a situation in which many junglers will look good), ot they farm and do nothing for their team if their lanes loose on their own, as she lacks meaningfull impact in teamfights unless ahead in gold, and can't really put on ganking pressure to help loosing lanes or snowball her own lanes, and if the enemie laners win their lanes, you can't even counterjungle as the enemie laners easily can leave lane to support their jungler, while yours would probably die if they try to help you.

Shyvana is picked more than most other meta junglers, players who have only had 1-5 games with Shyvana have a higher average win rate than the vast majority of other jungling champions total average win rates, and champions who have "mastered" her with 125+ games have an average win rate of sixty percent, more than most champs when mastered have in the entire game, not just among junglers.

Her win rate skyrocketed with her buff. She's not bad at all.

Her average player experience is still quite low compared to other jungle picks. And even at 1-5 games it is a ~52% winrate average.

honestly, Yi will be by far more broken... shy still needs to get into range to make use of that dps, which is nearly impossible if the enemie team does peel atleast a bit. Yi can just yolo in with a similar built and still shred down the enemie backline in no time.

in a way, yi is more tanky than shy. It's way harder to focus him or land skillshots vs him, as he has a smaller hitbox and the dodge from alpha, aswell as far mre mobillity. He reaches the backline and sticks to it pretty easily, unlike shyvana, hos truedamage allows him to cut through tanks more easily aswell, and with a well timed Meditation, he can even absorb more damage than shy with same items. All he lacks is aoe, but he makes up for that with far more single target and resets for easy cleanup.

Shyv is actually very strong with Cinderhulk. Even after devour goes live Cinderhulk will still be a better pick in many cases.

Mainly because the builds used even when Cinderhulk was more popular on her did not include enough HP to make it worth keeping at 6 items. But then again, she is not that good without item 3153 & item 3075 .

Your proof is the same website that claims Zilean is OP with a 56% winrate. Highest in the game. Clearly numbers do lie.

shyvana have rather high pick rate while zilean have 0.5. also he win rate is really high with peoepl that age many games with him. he also have a really high ratios of main and not many first time players. andi also think zilean is really underrated. if you put practice into him i think he is a really good support champ. would not be surprised to see him do a comeback to worlds like he did last season.
