0.7 ap ratio to 0.5 ....... like ap xin you ever or ever have been strong. even with the new jungle item it will not anywhere near op.... just interesting. you nerf him before item changes.... why not nerf rumble then? or vlad? tell me that play ratio of ap xin? the win rate? its stupid semi troll build. why you kill ap xin? i don't get it. delet tank ekko or tank smite fizz top first. that is played in lcs. ap xin is not even played in lcs... But meddler said that the balance team doesn't try to do preemptive nerfs. So, yeah, if they're going to nerf ap xin zhao then they should nerf everyone else too who will be stronger with the item.

AP Xin isn't... exactly a thing. But when it's played, he's famous for just tanking turrets and such, right? Now take that and double it.

jDVL20eCYs1 votesyou argumentation is super flawed. with the logic i can say you can build 6 seraph embrace on riven. with delete builds and can build i mean builds that are playable in a ranked game that actually works. i don't mean that smite top fizz should be unplayable i just mean it should not be the strongest way to play him in the highest level of play. its should be some niche solo q build. and ap xin is not specially good and we will not see any crazy ap xin win rates or him played in lcs as ap if they remove the nerf on pbe. that nerf is just so unnecessary.

He will be getting 3 stacks every 2 hits.... So in six hits, he gets 150% heal
The old, 140% in six hits...
I'd hate to see a 210% heal on Yas...

Each AA you do, with gives you 30 stacks instead of ten.
Im using that combo as contrast.
Using that math, of the new Devourer, AP Yas has more total healing with the phantom striking...
