Jinx is the most broken as noob champ ever seen in lol. nerf her base attack speed to 0.60 rocket range to 650 at max, nerf her move speed with 5 increase mana cost on q to 25 and increase the cast time on w. this champ is just so fucking easy and needs to be emoved form the game :D

The Jinx was smart enough to build 
against a cinderhulk bruiser Rek'Sai and Nautilus. Severely outplayed. Nami was on-point and killed Rek'Sai during a gank at six minutes. Very outplayed, and very salty.
