Well first off. There's a place called lolskinshop where you can get an elo boost so there's no sure way to believe you but thats besides the point. Honestly second I don't care if you could 1v1 me hence what you said about beating me. It's a team game so calm down. Also I don't have to tell you anything about him at all actually. Next time don't get snippy and maybe I might've told you. I swear diamond players are all the same...

he will get released next patch like all champ do and there is 2-2 1/2 weeks between every patch. since it was 9 days since last patch i will probably be next thursay or the week after on tuesday. often its take one day or two before the get enabled after the new patch. so yes

BUT HOLD THAT SALT. I'm going to give you an estimate cause it's never 100% correct. It should be about 2-4 weeks at the definite. He's pretty set right now atm. I've found a couple of bugs for him actually.

Oh yeah just curious any tips for all of us lower players mister diamond? I've already made it a habit to buy items according to the enemy team and get a ward every back and ping almost obsessively about where everyone is on the map whilst getting cs and poking the enemy down in lane.

learn how to control the minions waves and denay cs. learn how back and understand your match ups. you should watch the map close and get a feeling for where the jungler are and will be. know you time windows where you can go aggressive on the enemy laner without risk getting ganked. what you say might be right but how you do it might be wrong. you have to know when to poke and understand minions.i mean i played vs a annie today as fizz and basically at level 3 she and lost 80% of her hp without me touching her cause she took town of minions agro with her super agro play. i wachted you match history and you play tank vayen support? never rush cdr boots essenreaver. you can go reaver as 4 items instead of bt on blue ez if you have no ez runes. never why buy cdr boots on kata. just a buy a ward do nothing you need to know how to place it and when to place it. dose there jungler bank bot a lot and stay bot side most of the time. then ward the bush in dragon river so you cant get ganked from there by there jungle or support. always stay close to your side you have eared. always upgrade yellow trinket at level 9.

There were plenty of bugs with his ult not healing and his 'q's ending animation going invisible. Including a bug I found where lich bane wouldn't proc correctly. And his ult not displaying correctly. Such as his clone or "echo" as some call it would even turn into a 2ND EKKO! It was a crazy release for him xD. At least it wasn't like Azir's release....... That made me wanna cry...
