Sadly, the ap ratio is higher than the AD ratio so this might be a thing

If you activate q right before you die. I used to do that a lot before his rework in S1 (might've been S2, it was part of the stealth rework that made him a laner instead of a jungler)
I remember AP twitch being decent back in the day, after his initial nerf but before his rework. He had a 1:1 ap ratio on his expunge, and you didn't have to stack it. You could stealth around (he still had 20-60 second stealth at the time) and dfg + 1 auto + expunge for some great dps, and then you could buy zhonya and it made sense.
At the moment I think AP twitch would be pretty bad though :\ ADC need an item like Zhonya hourglass. Sometimes these assassins (fed or not) get to kill you WAY too easily.
Actually due to Twitch's play style, Zhonya's is a very nice answer to Zed/assassin hyper focus. Very, very situational.
And yet I'm sure if Twitch ever gets a viable AP build it'll get destroyed in a 2 patch span because of "toxic uninteractive escape mechanism"
I have to say that I don't condone Riot's tips like this encouraging AP Twitches. But an interesting thing about this tip is that it works the same with Bard's ult.
