Why can't we edit runes like masteries in the pre game lobby?

I just spend 2k ip on runes and don't feel like buying rune pages when i could just buy so many more champs...

A) to make you buy rune pages and B) it would take too long. Masteries are an easy click click to change...with runes, you have to search for the ones you want, etc.

true, but i have all the mastery pages for all the champs i play already made. i have one saved for whatever in case i decide to play someone new. I don't really have the time to grind to 6.3k for a rune page if i also want to grind 6.3 for taliyah or however much for all the runes that the page would need

I have 20 Rune pages all set up for basically everything I need, granted I need to update some, cause I only really use 5 at most.

I also have 20 Mastery pages, and I only use 1 lol.

I'm the same way with my mastery page. I use a single one about 95% of the time. The only time I seem to stray from that is when I wasn't paying attention and I'm running out of time and have like 5 seconds to select a page, haha.

Excuse me, but that is bogus. No dependencies, and usually, its just 9 here, 9 here 9 there, 3 here.
