Is there any situation where you would take Perseverance or Fearless over Insight?

I feel like the 15% reduction in summs is way more valuable that what the other two offer basically all the time.

When I'm playing a Diver, or somebody who scales off of AR, Rammus or Taric for example, i'll take fearless, for that boost in the beginning of the fight. Perseverance is actually pretty good on someone like Sion, especially if you know your lane is going to be hard to win.

I like fearless, it makes it so you don't get bursted as hard.

I use that tree and that mastery on Katarina but im a wierdo.

Idk what adc's use, but believe they go 18/0/12 some of the time.

If I'm playing an autoattacker/immobile ADC I use 18/0/12 for the summoner spell reduction + bonus healing

if I'm playing an AD caster or someone who I use spells a lot with (Ez, Corki) or someone who has an escape then I usually go 18/12/0 for the 5 extra damage to the minions on AA, biscuits, and the meditation mastery

I ALWAYS take Perseverence. ALWAYS.

Because I always play tanks and that mastery is fucking OP if you're tanky (it basically makes you unkillable to teams that don't waste their burst on you).

Even if you're not tanky, it will quickly give you the HP you need to maybe rejoin a fight that you absolutely need to win.

Assassin LB who just killed the ADC but is now 1% health? Perseverence. Wait 15 seconds then interrupt the support vs. support 1v1 fight and get the ace, push down a tower and open up inhib. Excellence.
