problem with ekko in general ( especially tanky ekko )
is that once he buys a GA ( or other tanky items ) you literally dedicate so much resources to him that you dont have any to fight his team.
You have to go through his tankiness + his R + GA . He requires so much dedicated to him. Also ganking ekko is a bitch considering how much movement speed stuns slows he has
