That would break ezreal and he is already borderline OverPowerd

really? hes sitting at 49% winrate. .5 bonus ad ratio would break ezreal on a long cd ability that is a slow moving skill shot that can only be used on champions? the fucking hyperbole on some of you people. also he maxes E first anyway so that ability is gonna do no damage early game and late game idk an extra 100 on what its doing now isn't gamebreaking at all considering his E does less damage now

Winrate is irelevant. Ezreal is one of the hardest champions to master he shouldnt be at 49% winrate anyway

This is the adc tier list tier 0 Vayne tier 1 ezreal and anything which can counter both vayne and ezreal (Ez counters cait) Well twitch is also tier1

"long cd ability" If you are good ezreal the average cd of that ability is 4.5 seconds Ezreal never maxes E first. You always want to max Q first

If the change you suggested went through he would max E last and W first

There was a time when Essence flux had 300 base dmg at lvl 5. Guess what ezreal was maxing. Sure it used to slow attackspeed back then but nowdays Q removes 1.5 seconds of cooldown instead of 1 so he would spam it more

If you remove 0.5 ad ratio From his E you can only put 0.3 ratio on his W. Then I would aprove this change

Its an ability that stacks your passive when ult is on cd when playing AD, and it's a strong ability that also buffs your adc when playing AP. Calm down, there are worse abilities.
