A tip for you all! I have an account i've been getting ranked up with, and ...wow! I noticed some things!

Other than the general unrealistic toxic whining attitudes, one VERY legitimate gameplay issue stuck out!

When you have 3-4 enemies dead, and you are an adc, and you decide to go farm jungle while i push as mid..... I will die, but you bet your ass i'm getting pressure and turret damage first if I do so.

If you spam ping baron nashor when the enemy team has an open nexus. I will die, trying to kill the nexus by myself.

"But wait, why do this noob lol downvoted".... you might say. Well that's why I'm here! To explain! Especially at low elos.

Staying alive does not win games. A good kda does not win games. Passing up an early inhibitor to get that sweet first OCEAN DRAKE does not win games. Killing the nexus....wins games. How do you kill the nexus though? Why you hit it and the things stopping you from hitting it! super minions are ironically VERY good at that!

You do not NEED to have an lcs-tier awesome nakama power bullshit teamfight to prove your loyalty to whatever league idol you pray to before you win the game.

You have to put PRESSURE on the map, DAMAGE on objectives (and yes believe it or not **inhibitors **scale better than your first ocean drake. Shocking I know)

You have to put yourself in the position to end the game killing the nexus.

On this alt account, one game I went 4-12-7. Our adc went i believe 3-1-2 or something. I got both nexus turrets, the inhibitor turret i killed, the inhibitor.... all while our adc and support literally afk farmed our jungle. It's funny how much flame I got for literally being the only thing stopping the enemy from destroying us with the situation we were in.

Disclaimer: Do not suicide push unless it guarantees results. This likely only applies to low elos. And most importantly. HIT THE DAMN NEXUS WITH YOUR GUNS SWORDS AND FISTS

you're not pressuring the map if you're dead. running in and suiciding, especially late in the game when the enemy nexus is open, can very easily put your team in a 4v5 position and could lose you the game, or at the very least will help the enemy team catch up/pass you in gold and give them an advantage.

Sometime the best call isn't necessarily the right call. You're better go somewhere as a team than to die solo while doing what was technically the best call at the time.

I suck mechanically at this game. However I have gotten gold in seasons past and currently sit in silver on a few accounts, ONLY because I have good awareness and force objectives. Its crazy how many times ive been told by my team we cant baron because their team isnt aced.........meanwhile 3 of them show bot 35 minutes into the game. The lower ELO you go the more scared people are of playing agrressive and taking risks.......oddly enough thats exactly what you need to do to climb.
