I think his abilities are as follow: Q: Hook someone with his tongue W: Is gonna be a swimming dash and movement speed increase if he is in the river or becomes a hop if he is on land. E: He can go underwater or underground and there is no vision on him even if there is a pink ward. R: Is gonna be an execute true damage feast like cho gath

Well he kinda has a bayou accent. I'm guessing he's going to look something like a catfish. I bet he gets a skill like Stitches in HotS, where you can eat a person and spit them back out away from their group.
