I think the above champions are in serious need of buffs. They feel so weak when played against other champs.

Only Riven needs buffs. Rest are pretty fine.
I'm praying for this to be a joke. if not, here's the reason's why in order:
Yasuo: He now heals on his Q... He was braindead as it was, but now he sustains without any lifesteal items....
Riven: Never needed a buff. A fed riven is a nightmare. she is a skill champ. if she loses in lane, she's just another champion. If you have CC, she's killable if she doesn't have QSS. Plus, fervor rewards animation cancelling, and her damage gets stronger and stronegr the longer the trades go.
Lee Sin: Armor pen items, AD Item buffs, some of the masteries, the ability to dive ADCs... he's strong.
Irelia: Have you seen guinsoo's? It's so strong on her.
