Items you find under rated and not used often enough!
What is everyone's favorite under rated item in the game? For me I believe

to be some of the best items in the game especially on a support.

(I used to try building this item every game, but since the constant nerfs and jacking the price up made it not worth getting)
EVERY ad item gets crit, and usally by 3rd item you have 80% crit(not counting boots)
this little cheeky item however... underrated.
Ardent Censer on any champ with heals or shields. If you are winning lane, this is a sure fire way to end the game quicker.
Zz'rot portal god damn the pushing and chasing ability this gives is amazing
Needs a buff.
its a fantastic item, id love it if the magic resist was 40/30.

I would add
. I play a lot of Swain, so not seeing this on the adc makes me facepalm. If Swain or Mundo is fed, you get this item. Period.
summoner spell CDR is just great, they're a steal for the price compared to other boots.
is one of the most overrated items, with tons of noobies getting it just because they see high elo players getting it and then they don't make its effect go off at the right time so it ends up being nearly useless. But in high elo it gets what it deserves.
is also very overrated and you probably just can get away with starting with it in low elo where the enemies don't know how to pressure you correctly. But it's a horrible start in platinum or higher.

Ok a few of these items SURE but all the people listing is just flat out wrong as this is one of the most popular support items in high elo play.
Cull.
On the right champions it can bring you ahead or equal to an opponent who is beating you in lane. Plus getting a core item faster is always good.
Funny, I see those items being built a lot on AP supports nowadays. It might be built less on champions because they're support only items but they definitely have their strenghts.
Actually Zekes has lost a lot of its value simply because a standard adc build has 70% crit by like 25 minutes. You're better off investing in a different aura item.
I loved Zephyr before it was removed. Zzrot is super strong too. Executioner's not upgraded is nice too, imo

Even if you don't use the thing, it's still 60 magic resist and 60 armor. It's a great item to just shove in your back pocket and forget about
Zephyr, hands down. No item in the game was as underrated as this beauty it's just that noone could really fit it in except my fiora. since it naturally gives what fiora wanted and allowed armor boots to be bought.
