Might be random luck but I've seen in the ranked matches watch now that lane bullies dominate. Ie: Zed, corki, rengar, nidalee. The snowball from that means their team usually wins the game. Even if the enemy team catches up in gold, their objective count is lower from being behind all game AND the lane bullies still do pretty well late game (not an instant win to use late game champs even if late game hits)

Start by rushing a defensive item vs your opponent, if they are AD, go for something like Frozen heart, Atma's, Zhonya's or Randuins, if they are AP then go for Abyssal, Banshee's, Maw of Malmortius, ect.
Focus on CSing as best you can until you've got a few items under your belt, ward your lane and ping all mia's no matter what, even if they are just backing. Play safe until you hit your power game, by then if you've prevented your lane opponent from taking any kills then congrats, you just out scaled them.

If you buff non lane bullies to be able to be equal early game with the bullies, you just created a lane bully that scales into late game. If you buff their late game, you just further made lane bullies have to shut champions down to be equal come mid game.
