Make sure she will get a %hp true damage on hit with critical proc on each spell. Also some 99% damage reduction for every cs she get on lane which stack. Plus 200%Total Ad on each spell but for make sure that she can go ap if she want let's give her a ability point and click that has 85% magic pen (90% could be broken) with 200%Ap scaling and double the range of xerath ult. Didn't forget to give her a dash that can walk over veigar shield without be stunned and has 3000ft of range so she can chase over two turret range.
