I need help with runes for the spooky horse, I suspect you use movement quints right?

I use 3 movespeed Quints 8 attack speed reds 1 crit chance red 6 flat cdr blues 3 scaling cdr blues 4 armor yellows 5 hp/level yellows

And in case you just don't trust a plat mid main these are the exact runes pants are dragon was using on hecarim.
