Riot, can we agree the Azir nerfs went too far?
Azir has the lowest win rate in the game at the moment. He was designed to be a late game champion that sort of grew in power, like your plans for Syndra. Azir however has become nearly unplayable. I didn't think the nerfs were that bad until today when I fought an Azir and let him kill me on purpose in a minion wave with his team's Lulu support. The Lulu support with no AP/AD items in a few auto attacks did more damage than Azir's Q and auto attacks.
Azir has an early game that champions like Leblanc, Katarina, Veigar, Sona, Zed, Yasuo, Annie, etc, any burst damage or decent early game mid laners will abuse and get fed off of Azir simply because he has no defense besides turrets and he falls off even harder late game, where all of these champions and far more outscale him.
The nerfs went too far and a balanced champion was ruined. I'm not trying to grief or hate on Riot, though Azir before his nerfs was a somewhat balanced champion who had defined strengths and weaknesses. Though he had high damage, he was mana hungry and was very squishy. He had an escape but even then it had a long cooldown, fair mana cost, and could actually be stopped. Experienced Azir players were very powerful, but it was very easy to defeat him and he had many counters such as Leblanc and Zed who are mobile and deal higher amounts of damage.
