Will Miss Fortune Be Looked At?
(For all of the people who can't read. Post-rework means AFTER the rework)
currently is at a poor state of balance with the rework leaving her in the worst shape she's been in. Nearly all of Miss Fortune's statistics as a champion have slowly fallen leaving Miss Fortune as one of the worst solo queue ADCs as well as seeing her become irrelevant in pro-play. **The rework was successful as making Miss Fortune the "wombo combo" ADC, though this is all she does. **Meaning she's only a strong champion when she has a premade team composition to support her ultimate, which is nearly impossible in solo queue and not always viable in pro-play, and even when she has a team to support her she's only ever strong during teamfights and is always relying on the rest of her team.
The rework overall failed to balance Miss Fortune out and was more-so just a colossal buff towards her ultimate, while being a colossal nerf to the rest of her kit. Basically Miss Fortune is balanced around her ultimate; with a fairly small hitbox and 3 second channel, Miss Fortune heavily relies on her team to set up for her ultimate. Without a good team composition to support Miss Fortune's ultimate, she's mostly irrelevant from the game, most specifically due to her having the lowest base Attack Damage in the game and no other major form of damage.
COMPARING MISS FORTUNE'S HIGH ELO PERFORMANCE IN SOLO QUEUE: https://i.gyazo.com/ec2889e0eec86230a67e287db318a671.png
Pre-rework Miss Fortune currently performed at a significantly higher standard, with the current Miss Fortune only having one very minor edge over the pre-rework version. One could argue that Miss Fortune's performance is negatively effected by Dynamic Queue being used to replace Solo Queue, however this is not true as Miss Fortune does better in premade teams than she does in solo queue teams. Meaning that her statistics as a champion are even lower than they are if we currently had a solo queue system.
HOW TO FIX MISS FORTUNE
Miss Fortune needs power taken away from her ultimate and put into her auto attacks. A "wombo combo" champion like Miss Fortune simply just doesn't work. It means that if Miss Fortune does happen to have a team that can setup for her ultimate, she instantly wins teamfights while leaving no room for the enemy team to retaliate, while at the same time Miss Fortune can't be strong at anything else. Whether it's dueling, farming, utility, etc, Miss Fortune isn't able to be strong in any of these categories as her ultimate consumes all of the power Miss Fortune is able to have. Having too much power would make Miss Fortune an overpowered champion. **Miss Fortune's ultimate consumes so much power that Miss Fortune as an ATTACK DAMAGE Carry, has the lowest Attack Damage in the game. ** Simply put, Miss Fortune's ultimate is a major issue in balancing with it consuming almost the entirety of the available power able to be given to Miss Fortune before she's considered overpowered. A "wombo combo" champion like Miss Fortune can't consistently exist as a viable and balanced champion simply because "wombo combos" are small windows of opportunity that rarely happen and are next to impossible to setup in solo queue.
Miss Fortune needs her ULTIMATE DAMAGE NERFED however her BASE ATTACK DAMAGE BUFFED. This would weaken Miss Fortune's teamfighting, but allow her to be viably played outside of an R bot and also allow her to be much more easily balanced out should she need to be.
