@Meddler/Scruffy - Built-in Grievous Wounds for Champion kits
Presently, only two Champions get Grievous Wounds built into their kits:

, and neither one is really picked for such a mechanic (compared to what else they offer). Besides them, you can only inflict GW if you have 
, 
, 
, or 
.
We used to have the mechanic on 
and 
, but they lost it in favor of power shifts or new mechanics, presumably also because Riot felt they gave toxic types of power to them. That all said, I can't help but wonder if you ever plan to give built-in GW to any future Champions.
Is it possible, or is the very mechanic something that should be item-only/Ignite-only?
