Raka adc and Zyra apc

Dear riot, please fix your matchmaking system. I'm starting to hard flame these players that do this and will not stop anytime unless you fix this system. This is surreal. Last game i just played, 2.9cs/m 16 minutes in the game. Raka adc. Raka adc. RAKA ADC. A player who went from top 5% consecutive seasons to multiple afks in promos to get brought back to lower elo and cannot get out when constantly games are being played like this. Pair players who do stuff like this together this way they can all troll at once. I will have nothing more to do with this. I've invested too much time and money to waste 30 minutes multiple times to appease your fan base. From someone who was always good game, good plays. well done!, Great teamwork (both teams) to getting sick and absolutely tired of seeing this.
