Broken MMR system, riot fixing games - pairing players who've been restricted ect...

I have proof that riot pairs players if they've ever been banned, restricted and puts those players on same team as corrective action. The MMR system is also broken. They make it incredibly difficult to climb elo when you've been restricted. I've been plat the past few seasons and have teams that don't understand the basic of macro to the game. It's all kills or no kills. Nothing else. I've also had a friend of mine who's diamond 2 play on and off account that is silver 2 and he lost 4 consecutive games. He was master the prior season. We need someone from riot to look into this problem and fix it. The more difficult it is to climb, the more money people will spend on skins when they feel they've earned it. Will attach a video to youtube when it's done being formatted. Maybe look into pairing players who constantly buy pink wards, forward jg proximity, objective control ect..... This is extremely frustrating for myself and other friends who are support mains but riot pairs like this to keep que times lower. If this is not an option, i'd ask riot to find a way to refund money to those who've spent money on this game.
