Why riots losing players and money

Has anyone else noticed in RANKED games that there are clearly players that should not be playing in that game regardless of that specific elo (bronze/silver/gold ect....)? This I've come to conclude from when riot revamped the q timers. You can go from one game of a team fully understanding the macro play to the next team that will have players that cannot even get 3cs/m at the bare minimum let alone understand anything outside of kills and deaths. I've refused to buy anything else along with telling my friends don't buy shit from riot until they fix this system. I would advise anyone else who sees what I see on a regular basis to hold off on buying anything from riot until this issue gets addressed.

It's like people don't play 100% in every game and that every game something can happen that can make you be irrelevant or god in the game (early kills/deaths, farming jungler vs ganking one, failed/successful gank attempts).

If people could consistently play at their best chances are most people would be diamond players at the bare minimum

Do you have some secret insider info nobody else does?

There is no evidence to suggest either is actually happening, it is just the "game dead" QQ circlejerk trash players make in every single game, even ones provably growing rapidly.

I'm not sure about the cause... I know myself and most of my friends quit playing for entirely different reasons. I personally almost never played ranked. Except for like S3 for a little while, because I really wanted the Elise skin.

But I will say that there are enough dead canaries on the ground to say that something is going on, and the foreman of this mine should probably do something to make sure the others avoid a similar fate.
