Broken matchmaking system in lower elo

I ask those who are also being screwed by riot not to purchase a single thing else from skins to champs. Those who play in silver/gold understand this is a watered down system. I'm a player that went from plat back down to silver from endless one sided teams. Last two games played i carry nearly a 10cs/m and everyone else on my team is at 4. Most feed and pick bullshit champs into lanes. This is surreal riot. Fix your damn matchmaking system and pair players properly.

and you did less dmg than vel'koz with 4 cs/min, barely more than your silver opponents

I'd expect someone 2 divisions down to do a little better than 5/3/9

How can you not carry when you are that far ahead? Maybe you laning is good, but your macros suck?

I've smurfed from silver and climbed to plat with 70% winrate on multiple occasions across several different accounts. If you are good enough, you will climb its that simple. Message me on League and I can coach you sometime.

i mean you are playing play making champions. maybe toss out janna and karma and put blitz and zyra to your pool.that might help a bit

in lower elo, i dont think its the matchmaking that sucks, its just that player skill isnt consistent and any slight thing can make them a god/make them suck and riot cant know who is "in a bad mood" to place them in good matchup, while in higher elo, i dont think its at that lvl (btw im not high elo and never ben in it)

yea, i hate the matchmaking system.. it always pairs you with teamates who cause you to lose.

I feel your pain man. Gold/silver should not have these kinds of players but I get them literally every single game in silver. Its impossible. I can get first blood, first dragon, first tower, mini baron, have mid and top ahead 2/0 from my ganks, continue to go positive all game and still lose. Its literally impossible and frustrating. Its no wonder so many are quitting. I hate to be the negative attitude guy but at this point its just plain ridiculous.

Not to mention the more you lose, the more lp your lose with each loss and less lp you gain with each win. Making it damn near impossible to climb. Pretty sure riot hates me and wants me to stay silver for ever.

Yeah there are massive problems with low elo matching. I stopped playing the game after a few seasons of the same pattern. Same types of things you are talking about. With the other changes they pretty much eliminated my favorite role as well, so the game just isn't fun anymore. It hasn't been for at least a season and a half honestly. I just thought I could beat it. I couldn't.

Its always a couple good games, like 2, and then it goes to shit.

I like the guys that say they can climb through without an issue. First off they are always like 4 divisions higher than what they are climbing through. Then the game is matched unfairly because they are in it and the system can't account for their skill. daf

Its something about keeping you at a 50% winrate. Instead of bringing you to the higher elo, they bring the higher elo to you- but your team sucks ass still. Not sure how it 'works', but after years of playing this game. Fuck it.

I'm just on here to see things are looking up or anything. I still love the game, you just can't get good games, so its a fucking waste of time. Not to mention all the political bullshit lately. Trolls have all the power and rioters support them leaving us defenseless and fucked while nothing is done about it.

Its a shitshow. Watch virtually any pro streamer and they're are saying similar things even in their elo. Like, what is this game?, or calling it a fiesta. Its well beyond out of hand.

In better news, I don't miss the game at all.
