Heimerdinger's turrets accuracy and glitches

So it happened to me several times when my turrets are shooting their laser and miss on an IMMOBILE target champion.

Also, Turrets sometime keeps shooting on an out of range target without doing any dmg (visual bug).

Lastly, I hate it my when turrets stop attacking when it has been cc'ed. Like, it literally stops attacking for the rest of it's duration.

What the hell, I thought Heim was a genius inventor.

I found that Heimer's turrets always try to predict the enemy's movement. Their laser is very slow after all, but this prediction only really works if they move in a straight line.
