@meddler @Riot Nocturne Potential Changes

Nocturne hasn't really been meta or had much play time over the past few years. I think he is a good champion(my fav) but I still think he needs a little love. He hasn't had hardly any buffs since his release except for the ult range change. I think something that would benefit him would be to lower some of his mana costs, particularly for his q. This will help his clear in the jungle and the few who play him in lane. This I think is a better route for buffing him rather than increasing damage numbers. :p
