Is there any benefit for farming Odyssey runs on higher difficulty?

i guess you kill more mobs for any quests that require it. i don't think there's a difference in exp though.

You unlock different augments for each tier After some point if ou farm intro you will see message after game saying " You have earned all augments for this difficulty" and instead you get 10 blue essence. What I don't know is if you can start by farming it straight on captain and get all augments or you need the lower ones too.
