Just got trolled by a Hecarim "jungle" who forgot Smite. Instalost game... he couldn't clear at all and got his JG stolen/invaded while losing every objective.
It should also warn you when you're about to ban a teammate's intended pick.

- Alt+tab quickly just to surf your stuff.
- Going to the toilet rather than before champion select.
- Petting your cat.

It isn't even something that I did. My jungler didn't have Smite though. It's absolutely 100% stupid and unjustified not to have this. There is ZERO downside and you'd have a more fair ranked system as a result of it (fewer near autolosses when a jungler forgets smite).
You have literally no point at all and no justification of any sort other than a sick sense of justice (which doesn't affect just the inattentive player - it punishes his whole team). This wouldn't even give you a message UNLESS you mess up. Hell, even if you trade, as long as you don't do it in the last 30 seconds, it would not give a warning if there was a Smite in the game. The time to get in game would be exactly the same. It's completely idiotic to be against either of these.
