Dark Harvest still imbalanced on Howling Abyss

Dark Harvest is still really stupid and broken in ARAM matches. When every assassin, most marksman, and it actually being the best option for most tanks to take, you know it is stupid. I have even seen lux take dark harvest and still done tons of damage with it to the point it outweighed even arcane comet. I took it with Ornn as I had no seen much success with aftershock or grasp on him and I had 3000 dmg at 18mintues and 170 souls. Think I ended a 26min game with 6000 total dmg and 300 souls. Just ridiculous especially on a champ that is suppose to be a tank and I did not even buy any ad/ap to give it that bonus scaling. I am tired of seeing games with 6-8 dark harvests in a game on champions that have no business taking (Caitlyn, lux, tank garen, ornn, etc.).

ARAM matches are too fast for the keystone currently. To counter ("tryhard") a team that takes dark harvest, you need to be super passive so you don't take early hits from harvest hits and to give up less kills. This ruins the game mode especially for what it is in most purposes; a more intense 5v5 bloodbath that has more kills than summoners rift.

To be honest I think it should be removed from howling abyss as it would be too hard to balance. If that is not possible they can definitely change other aspects of it. Make it so champion and cannon creeps drop less soul fragments as you did the previous nerf but make it more suitable and noticeable (2 souls per cannon, 3-4 souls per champion). Another option could be that you only get souls from enemies and not from own minions/champion deaths as this really doesn't make much sense and doesn't have much counterplay. Why would you want to absorb your allies souls?! Thematically it makes no sense. You could lower damage where you don't get 1 dmg per 1 soul and make it 1 dmg per 2 souls and not effect the scaling so assassins would still want to use. Finally you could make it where the window at 150 souls is smaller so you don't have over a minute to use the charged auto proc. You could get really complicated and reduce dark harvest's damage based on range champions or bonus hp actually lowers dmg but that is tedious.

Again this is only on Howling Abyss. On summoners rift, I actually think dark harvest is a bit lackluster in most games. I think it overall is a dumb keystone and they could make a better one as it is either way too good or way too weak; that is the issue with infinite scaling aspects of the game.

I hope this gets popular and someone notices as it actually has been really dumb for a while (though use to be WAY worse before originally nerfed). I was tempted to show screen shot for gyazo link but I can if no one believes me (on my other account).
