Thoughts of ARAM now its back to howling abyss

I like the Dark Harvest nerfs they kept and how hp relics still cast a team-wide heal after a delay. Both these were great changes and glad they kept as well as permanent changes they implemented.

Only thing I wish stayed was removal of warmogs item 3083 . Its too strong the way it is currently on ARAM because it doesn't take that long to hit 3k hp and every melee (and even anivia and veigerVeigar ) are grabbing 2nd or 3rd major purchase with not much punishment and its stupid on some champions on Cho Gath Chogath (try to get through 4000-5000 hp and 200 mr and 200 armr 3 times in a minute). I really only missed it on very few champions (olaf mostly) and soraka actually is fine without it. It should be removed again, changed that you need to have 3.5k hp to proc its passive in ARAM only or have its passive timers/healing #s nerfed.

Also I kind of missed the spectral cutlass item 4004 . Shadow-walkers were broken on some champions and bloodletter veil sucked on every1 pretty much compared to morellos except maybe Evelynn. But cutlass was a neat way for ad assassins to make a huge impact. Guess summoner 39 is fine though.

But other than warmogs being re-added, I am very satisfied and most importantly they kept the nerf on dark harvest so 50%+ of keystones are not that stupid red broken face.

Hope this is considered and my opinion of 3k aram games matters and taken as knowledgeable and serious.

item 3083 needs to be removed in ARAM. This unfairly benefits tanks/supports. Everyone else either needs to lifesteal (which is nearly impossible to do when all 5 players want to atk the minions) or die/respawn. Having heals in kits is fine, it's built into their kit. Sometimes getting an enemy low and NOT killing them is a good strategy because that means they are out of the fight (or will die fast in one) and you can then take objectives, but you can't do that because tanks are already hard to kill and then they regen to full.

TBH, Presence of Mind needs to be nerfed too. It feels like an ARAM-only rune, much like DH (does anyone take it on SR?). No matter what I play, PoM solves most if not all of my mana problems, definitely no need for summoner 13 . It's just as good if not better than item 3802 . It's only not good when your team comp sucks and can't get any takedowns, otherwise, PoM is godlike.
