Simple balance changes needed to still keep meta shift but make game fun again and less snowball

  1. Nerf conqueror. Too easy to do too much damage and way too many champions are taking because of it (draven, mf, etc.) when not intended for them. Maybe 15% of damage converted to true damage versus 20%. Will make tanks a bit more relevant again.
  2. Nerf master Yi. New items changes make his kit way too strong (especially passive and alpha strike). Like once upon a time Yi did not get reduction of alpha on autos and his passive was every 7 hits.
  3. Rework nunu. Uniteractive, boring and too hard to balance currently. Only thing even somewhat cool in his kit currently is his ultimate. Should still be built to counter-jungle and disrupt enemies. A giant yeti being ridden by a boy does not scream buff teammates.
  4. Make completed zeal items 25% instead of 30% crit and make around 100-150gold cheaper so ADCs don't need to worry about getting to late game as much. Also makes more sense as currently 2 completed zeal items + IE = 120% crit ...20% dead crit = 600 gold lost pretty much.
  5. Buff turrets hp/armr so they can take more hits and are not as easily destroyed.
  6. Buff baron so teams cannot take at 20min without much hp loss in like 15 seconds when only a couple thousand gold ahead.

These changes should make marksman viable again but not quite always necessary and make games less snowball so you don't lose all advantages after 2 bad fights early in match

Give them proximity damage reduction, so you aren't randomly nerfing splitpushers. This also stops bot lane turret from dying too fast due to supports attacking. (It will still die faster than other turrets, but not at the rate it does now). Cap the damage reduction at 3 people, so 4-5 man sieging doesn't become insanely slower than it is right now. Something like 7.5% for every nearby enemy champion beyond the first, capping at 15%.

Buff baron so teams cannot take at 20min without much hp loss in like 15 seconds when only a couple thousand gold ahead.

Give him back at least half the damage he lost and make his special attacks apply corruption again. Seriously, a boss's special attacks should apply his passive effects like most games. That's about all he needs, really. He's tanky enough to respond to, but he isn't risky anymore.

At this point, just remove Crit for 3 main reasons.

  1. ADCs are much more interesting building cool items that make them unique than forcing them to always build Crit at some point.
  2. The concept of ADCs and "late game fantasy" is a meme. No one wants this "late game fantasy", people just want to play the damn game.
  3. The game is warped by the existence of Crit being an automatic late game that ~every team has and must prepare for.

Why nerf a rune that isn't strong? Seriously, there's Irelia who's just broken because she's broken and then there's Yasuo because his kit lets him use the rune effectively. Anyone else isn't a competitively viable user of the rune. The closest being:

Darius, who ignores the garbage 3 second duration (that is easily canceled by CC) with his passive being a DoT, constantly refreshing it.

Jax, who JUST KIDDING Sterak's was nerfed, so Jax is kinda irrelevant now.

Camille doesn't take Conqueror, she takes PtA and Sterak's was nerfed.

While I agree Conqueror needs changes (and yes, that's too much true damage conversion), it doesn't need outright nerfs. It's too based on base damage users (like Trinity bruisers) who have high base damage and not as strong AD ratios, so the true damage is really strong. Conversely, it's ineffective on Cleaver bruisers because True Damage conversation and Cleaver have anti-synergy and these champions generally rely on bonus AD.

I'd like Conqueror to be changed to: 12% true damage conversion, 10-55 AD, and the duration is increased to 6 seconds so CC doesn't disable it (remove DoT synergy if that really is needed).

These changes would make adcs the only viable option bot again.

Tower/baron should not be made any harder to take or it just forces the meta. A better solution is to nerf the impact of baron buff if need be.
