Like holy F, combo champs with thunderlord are op early/mid game

Especially those with no mana, it's pretty much suicidal trying to trade with them. Might as well just farm under my turret until 40min hits.

Thunderlord doesn't even hurt much until later game, like, literally less than an auto attack.

If you don't like then run TD and trade back with them. Don't just get hit for free.
