Easy way to fix Ryze

Bounce range increased to around 400 (or whatever amount it needs to bounce from Melee Minions to Caster ones)

and MOST IMPORTANTLY At the moment it seems like the spell dies early if it hits the original target again. This is insanely stupid, get rid of this and he will be decent.
