Now you say Riot is implementing toxic loop hole (singular), and that the loop hole (singular) should have been "plug up" (present tense) 4 seasons ago (season 3 - i.e. in the past and after when you said it should have been addressed). In the same little chunk you said they created a loop hole, fixed the loop hole, but are referencing two features (neither of which are implemented yet), and then ask if I can read.

Flatlining1 votesNo worries. FWIW, I agree with you - both things are needed. At least we've got one now, we'll probably get the other later. Development can be time consuming, given we've got a new client being rolled out to everyone playing it'll probably be more of a priority than it was before.
Honestly, just the ping muting alone is enough for celebration from me.
