Give us an assist if we take damage/CC

Seriously, the most annoying thing in the game ever is to lead your laner(and possibly their jungler) under turret to kill you, kite him just long enough so he dies even if you die in the process, and then figure out he got executed while getting the kill on you.

I'm sorry its been 20 seconds since I last damaged him, but now he's at 30% health and its all because of me. Now why in fuck's name do I not get the assist simply because its been a bit? He can't possibly have regened all that health since, even if he's fucking Garen with Warmog's. Now that kill was credited to me, I baited them in, I did all I could to stay alive long enough for them to die, and I should get the kill(s), not my tower.

Now this could be a problem in trying to execute yourself to keep people from getting a kill on you, by running and CC'ing them, but still. You still chased them into that tower, its still you that did it, you should get the kill/assist.
