I am bronze 5 and I even know bramble vest is a balance item. 100% balance

Shuyin1781 votesIf it didn't have Grevious Wounds it would feel more balanced. Right now it shuts down auto-attack reliant champions and drain-tanks before they even have a chance to get strong.

you pay 275 gold for executioners passive 
you pay 250 gold for the grievous wounds AND return damage. Armour is a bad stat but this still proves a point. Bramble vest is strong enough I only want to complete it when I need 
or have the gold to complete.
