Yeah i agree with you, I am not sure why the nerfed fiora movement speed and not buff her on something else on her kit. She had a 50 percent winrate on 7.13 and then they nerfed her hard. I know how you feel! I stopped playing her now and started to play talon, you should try him. he is fun and he can hard carry.
