The keystone electrocute is as overpowered as conquerer.
It will be a great idea for the balance team to nerf electrocute the same time they nerf conqueror.

Electrocute is nothing but thunderlords on steriods.
Electrocute vladimir was givin the nickname gigalords when runes reforged first came out if that tells you anything.

Nerf electricute, Keep conquer. We dont need toxic tanks back in this meta when bruisers are already on the ropes.
I've been saying that since runes reforged. Mid lane mages lpst armour for ad match ups electrocute does a lot more than thunderlords. Assassins like zed and talon just need 1 good trade and you're lethal.
Ignite got buffed, assassins got buffed, mages got nerfed and now we have champs like Talon dominating. Full ad teams aren't even a disadvantage now.

It's only OP if you're playing a champ that just needs that little bit of extra burst to become unmanageable. To me that says more about those champs' burst patterns being too strong or too easy to apply.
The only thing that's holding electrocute back from being op is the very long cooldown early
