Becouse he has lowest win rate in the game - about 38 % procent...

It doesn't mean that the more annoying champion - the more adventage he will have.

What argument do you want? he"s unfun to play against.And requires 0 skill.All he has to do is just E,E,E,E,E,E.... to death you.You pkke him or win a trade? np he just consume and almost full again.like....
