Thank god for the upcoming Ryze nerfs. But is it enough?

I don;t really see a lot of Ryze in my play time, but when I do i can safely say that he is one of the most broken champions. Considering he;s a burst mage that shreds MR and can infinity cast his spells with his ult and passive, not to mention the constant stun locking. This is literally a champ that has 0 counter play. MR does nothing against him because he simply ignores it with his E. The upcoming damage and timer nerfs should help give him the tone down he needs, but is it really enough?

My main gripe is the MR shread on his E, with items like Void Staff. liandry's and Sorc-shoes for Magic pen, the amount of MR pen on his E is really way to high in my opinion, in fact I'd even say its unnecessary given how overloaded his kit is already. With the upcoming nerfs I suppose the balance team will sit by, wait and see what happens, but honestly, he doesn't need the MR shread on his E, it just shoots his damage through the roof which I think was one of the big problems with his kit to begin with.

As long as he has MR shread, Ryze will never have a healthy counter play. Thats just my opinion
