When playing Garen/Gnar I honestly will flash into an enemy blitz hook if it will give the positioning I need :D

Especially in norms. Might as well try that crazy insec, shurima shuffle, ECT. when it doesn't count so that when you're in ranked you're that much more comfortable making the plays.

And the pressure from having your hook up can be a lot more valuable that the chance of you hitting it.

Yeah but that hook that you didn't take makes you more unpredictable. As a Thresh player I go as long as possible without hooking until I catch the enemy completely off guard.

Meanwhile a thresh/blitz that is constantly fishing for hooks is easy to adjust to their playstyle and dodge more of them.

Skillshots?

Unless its a retarded skillshot, like when you have 3 targets in front of you but instead of even shooting in their general direction you just miss by 90 degrees and shoot away from the battle entirely. Then you should be ashamed, deeply ashamed. XD

TBH this can apply to all players honestly, I know quite a large number of players who don't respect that they missed a skillshot and try to go in like they still have power with their key spell on CD. So I think "If you miss a skill shot, don't let it kill you" can also help some not throw a game.
