kog'maw's passive allows him to go 1for1 during trades, but with a EoN anyone is free to face tank a kog'maw and walkout with EoN unharmed

That's not the only thing it blocks -- for example it counters Karthus' ult perfectly. Kog's is hardly an issue because the item can't be activated while taking damage so it's usually used at the beginning of a team fight. Of course if Kog is fighting 1 vs 1 against an assassin... well he should die.

please dont tell me that u think i am running at assassins as kog'maw. the current ADCs are the ones giving me problems. jhin/varus/lucian/mf can freely obliterate me (while i'm attaking them) and then activate EoN when i die to get away. no need to flash anymore or play at a distance

dolphinosplash241 votesIts a spell. Spell shields block it. If Kog had built rylais or ludens those would proc. Is it fair for it to have those benefits and not be blocked by spells shields. there are a lot of passives considered spells
. Kog is no different. Suck it up
