Can riven do what Zac does but better?

I mean, she can kock up more frequently, more reliable sustain, she actually does damage, better mobility. Am I wrong?

No. Zac can fly across an entire lane and knock 5 people up 3 times instantly with a much larger radius. THEN, he can die and come back to life. Plus his slingshot is insanely long-distance. Riven has trouble jumping over some walls.

Don't get me wrong. I detest Riven. Seriously, I hate her and I think she is OP.

But, Zac is great at what he does. Interrupting stuff to make a teamfight chaotic.

So then he is heavily team reliant, not recommended for solo Que. Also is he only jungle. Cause top lane, he just seems to get bullied so much. Plus his ult knocks enemies away from each other. Isn't it usually better to have them group tightly to get more cc on them?

It depends on the type of team really. A team like Rengar, Leona, Akali, Katarina, anything that needs to stay in one place to deal damage and cluster up... Zac is amazing for that. He knocks everyone so they can't focus your team or channel spell reliably.

Regarding his lanes.... at the moment simply due to his sheer lack of damage, yeah he is pretty much restricted to the jungle. Even in the jungle he has a hard time really shining. I personally equate him with champions like Naut and Sej, they can be godly on the right player, most just fail with them though. Plus in high elo, they just struggle against most meta picks.
