Only issue i could think of would be 
getting more damage from triforce rush, though their base damage could get nerfed for the sake of other champs
As someone who likes high damage and isn’t bitching about it like the boards, and as someone who likes manaless champions like Yasuo, Akali, and Kled.

Not damage but... I feel like if youre manaless you should have an automatic rune that grants bonus gold per ten until its paid back the cost of the mana components.
so for the 250 mana triforce gives how much adaptive damage do you think you should get?
Contrary to popular belief there is a downside to champions that do not use mana. Lower gold efficiency on powerful items is a drawback, and it's one I feel is important enough to be kept as it is.
