The Phage buildline

Come on, the problem became messy on patch 4.3 and riot still didn't figure out what todo with it. Are they really going to wait till the & rework till they decide in what todo to replace/redo . Riot keeps telling everyone about strategic diversity but why do whe still have all those limited item builds.
