More thoughts on another HEAT user (ala Rumble)

Meddler said he'd be interested in making another HEAT-based Champion somewhere down the line, but it'd have to differ from Rumble in some way. Well, the easiest way to go about that would be to make it so that both the Champion's basic attacks AND basic abilities generate HEAT.

I dunno if that'd be the best path, though. I'm thinking to make such a change to the Champion Concept you see above (yes, he looks like Ridley), but I could use some second opinions.
