RIto explain was at 100 lp then played next game instead of getting a promos match I get a minus-18?

Was at 100 lp instead of getting promos I got just a regular match on autofill and I lost and got minus 18 lp not a promo game why the fuck at 100 lp do I not qualify for promos?
