Why is there is way to report people who are purposely trolling in Champ select. This includes examples of people saying "I am trolling" locks in Nami adc. Or "i am Trolling" locks in Taric mid. The only choice at this point is to dodge and get leavebuster or lose elo why is there no voting system to report a purposeful troll? Instead you get fucked because of their behavior.

Like you don't like yours or the enemy teams comp, just report a random person and you get a free dodge. Or you report them but still have to play the game, which would basically be like how it is now.
What can they do that would help this situation, but also not be heavily abused?
Beate Uhse2 votesReporting isn't to profit by yourself.. if you report an Int Feeder after your game you won't get your LP and time back either.. that's exactly the same like with champ select trolls.. you still have to play that game or dodge but at least you can do sth so this same person will think a second time about it the next time he is going to troll in champ select..

Yes, but what constitute as trolling in champ select? By your logic any person not doing the norm (following the meta to the tee) is a troll and thus would be able to report these people who have done nothing wrong. And thats the point, you are basically blaming them for something they havent commit yet. How do you know they will intentionally feed? unless they are being upfront about it, what happens when they just not talk in chat before the game? you seem to think every single troll/feeder/etc works the same way when they dont. They become creative especially when they know what exactly causes the report to finally kick in. Riot needs to do something to combat this i agree, but i also dont want people accuse of something they didnt do and get punished because someone thinks they will break the rules when they are just going off meta!
ON FOENEM GRAVE1 votesThis rarely happens so I believe a free dodge a day would be a good idea. I shouldn't have to wait 7 minutes to queue up again because somebody decides they won't play support because Riot decided everybody needs to be auto filled to save a few minutes...
IS A BABE PSYCH2 votesI 100% agree with this dude you should get a free dodge like once every 10 games or so. This happens to me every 10 games or so as well where someone bans a teammates champ or someone gets a role autofilled and they say like "ok i'm trolling now" and picks orianna Jg.
Something needs to be done to address this kind of behavior because right now the only option is to dodge and get a timer in which case no punishment for the troll. Or play the game then report which will usually result in a loss of elo and time.
